Arena Hope

Arena Hope opened in September 2009 and is situated in the centre of Ilkeston, on the Market Place.  It provides two main services to the community; firstly a charity shop selling quality used items (clothing, homeware, toys, games, CDs, DVDs) and secondly, a coffee shop, providing a range of refreshments at an affordable price and in a welcoming environment.

Our aim for the future of Arena Hope is to run a counselling office and therefore to train counsellors in debt related issues and addiction counselling.  We are also looking towards running a food bank programme in partnership with the local government offices.

Arena Hope is a working name of Arena Community which is a company limited by guarantee (No 5116407), registered in England, and a registered charity (No 1115569). Registered Office at 22-26 Nottingham Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 8AA.  Administration Office based at 1 Rutland Street, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 8DG.
