Arena Church celebrate the fact that we have a multi-generational congregation where senior citizens sit alongside, young families, children, teenagers and the middle-aged. We are passionate about engaging with those who are in their older years and helping them to feel part of the community.

The Ilkeston campus has been putting on events throughout the year, gathering around 90 seniors to enjoy lunch, quizzes and varied entertainment plus the opportunity to make friends. The vision is to increase the opportunities for seniors to meet in both Ilkeston and Mansfield.

Our Buddies group runs weekly on Wednesdays between 10:30am and 12 noon. There will be opportunity to meet new friends over a drink and refreshments. This friendship group is for ages 60 and over.
